I took the exam yesterday 10/31. I felt very confident about my answers. Make sure you get your hands on "BJCP Exam for Dummies" It is an outline for the test and gives examples how to answer the test questions. It was a great tool! Time management is the other important thing! Good Luck!

I am using regular tap water for chilling. I do not nor have I stirred while chilling. Should I be stirring constantly or every few minutes?

I bought a 25' wort chiller which says will cool in 15 min. I have used it a few times and it is taking more like 45 min. to an hour. Is there anything I can do to improve the cooling of the wort?

I did run out of CO2. I got the CO2 tank refilled and noticed it when I was putting the regulator back on. What if I want to put some CO2 in another kegged batch that has already been carbonated? Will it hurt the second keg?

I am force carbonating a 5 gal batch. It has been at 30 psi for two days. It looks like some of the beer has spit back into the CO2 line. Does this have to be cleaned out before I continue?

What did you do with the spent grains? And how is clean up?
