hi i'm new to this forum stuff but if your stuck you can use beaten egg white,really it does work.sorry i dont use any chemicals.or agent this or that in any of my wines and they turn out fine.storing it somewhere cold will also help speed up the clearing.
you lucky thing i love banana wine,haven't made any in along time but it is so worth it and if your lucky like i was it could turn out sparkling.the only thing i didnt like was the smell of the boiling bananas round the house for hours after.hope it turns out ok..
