I'm the opposite way; I get more critical. The more I drink, the less attractive everyone looks, but the less I care.

I made this by splitting open the two vanilla beans, and letting them soak in 2 cups of Maker's Mark while the beer was in primary. Then I added the soaked vanilla beans for the secondary, and the 2 cups of vanilla infused bourbon at bottling. It was amazing!

If I understand you correctly, that means to add the extract with 15 minutes left in the hop boil? I've not heard of that before, but it sounds interesting.

How did this turn out?

I'd like to try making this, but I'm confused about this part: "I added the Dark LME with 15 minutes left in the boil." Can someone explain what that means?

Ah, thanks. That makes sense. Heh, this is what had me concerned. I saw Additional Fermentation everywhere, so assumed it might be a standard term, and since it came between primary and secondary, it really threw me off. Thanks, all, for the prompt responses. :)
