I'm hoping to slide it under a workbench, but a fridge might work. I have a freezer in my keezer (still building). So I'm more familiar with controlling temps that way. I'm looking at DC CL, but still don't know what the min size requirement is.

I need to buy a freezer to make a fermentation chamber. Ideally it could hold without modification, 2 6gal better bottles and 2 cornies. What size freezer do I need?

What did you use to stain your keezer?

I have the deluxe brewing kit from NB plus a 32 quart pot, an immersion cooler, and couple of burners. What else do I need to go from extract to AG? I searched but "extract to all grain" and the like pulled up recipe conversions etc.

Yeah, I've got a blow off tube going into a bucket of Starsan solution. It is a big beer, but I wanted to brew something I'd really enjoy drinking.

Thank you for the thorough response. I'll follow your advice. I made a starter because I only recieved one of the two packets of yeast, so I was trying to compensate. I held fermentation at 68 today.

Well they are both centennial hop based IPAs. I thought perhaps additional bittering was the main difference. Any other ideas?

What are your thoughts on adding 1/2oz of magnum hops for 60 min to this NB kit? I like Belle two hearted well enough, but prefer Stone IPA and Ruination. Will the magnum move this recipe in that direction?
