    jkoegel, awesome. I learned I need to pull some of the cider to a tube for dropping the hydrometer in. (sorry I am a n00b) I will do that when I get home. I used corn sugar w/ yeast in the beginning. So should I rack, add more corn sugar... ferment some more for more bang for my buck...
