Yes! This was a lot of fun. Thank you all for the time and effort you put into your brews. This is a tough time of year to pull something like this off. Appreciate the dedication of you all to make it happen and the awesome beers I got as a result!

I used candied ginger, so I suspect that is what you are tasting. I also used raw honey from a local apiary, so that may contribute some flavor as well (as opposed to the pasteurized/refined stuff). I never brew with honey as I don’t like mead, but someone with more experience than me would...
