My batch of Graff never stopped bubbling from the airlock. I got a 1.008 SG reading twice in 3 days and it was still bubbling 4 or 5 times a minute. As has been said, trust your hydrometer.
Ok, so this thread has me inspired. I was at walmart with SWMBO and I figured if I stayed in the grocery/pharmaceutical isles I was basically in a grocery store. I found some Swiss Natural digestive enzymes quite similar to what you're talking about. I also have pot barley, steel cut oats, corn...
At the time of racking I thought it had been at least two weeks (I didn't take any notes 'cause it was my first batch and I slacked, real bright I know) but the next day I looked back on my posts and realized it had only been 11 days. What can I say, I'm easily excitable... I did take two...
I racked my graff onto 1 tablespoon ( I was going to go for a little less, but the stuff was crazy cloudy) of knox gelatin yesterday and this evening it's already cleared a whole bunch. As of now it's much clearer at the top than the bottom, but given a couple days more to finish up I expect...

I've been using Kiddo and Baby. Although if I say Baby, it has to be said with the same high pitched girlish enthusiasm my neice has when she's patting SWMBOs preggo belly.:p
Sure am! Not that long of a shot really, I'm the only pyrofish online as far as I know. I haven't been posting much there lately but I'm still smoking. How have you been?
*To keep my post on topic, I've got about 10 minutes left in the boil. I'm using some fuggles (4.8% AA) I found at the...
I'm very excited to try this cider out. I'm steeping my crystal as I type this!
I helped my dad with a couple beer kits in the last few years but this is my first brew on my own with my own equipment. Thanks to Brandon for the recipe and to everyone who posted in this thread for their input.
