Hey everybody, I'm looking to make some chokecherry wine with about 1.5 litres of juice that was given to me. The problem is that every recipe calls for a quantity of berries instead the amount of juice needed. Any ideas about how much wine I could make with this?

My knowledge is limited, but if it kills the one line than the circuit should be broken anyways I would think. If it is usable than my only question is how the heck do I wire it up? Does the switch connect to the middle terminals on either side?

Hey everybody, I'm gathering pieces for my ebiab setup and I've got a question about the ITC - 100. In the description on Amazon it says it has it an ON/OFF mode, can somebody explain what this is? Thanks!
