This looks great, actually. One thing I'm trying to figure out - and I'm not sure I need to clog up that thread with such a basic question - where do you get the temperature probes (DS18 probes) that are compatible with that setup and that are waterproof and can be drilled into the side of a kettle?

The only issue is the thickness of the wood - Mine is only 3/4 inch thick and it was barely enough room to fit if I recall (using the included flange, anyway). I still need a 5# Co2 tank for my Keezer setup and it seems like ordering a nice, shiny new aluminum tank is a waste since when I go to get it "filled" it is likely they'll just swap the tank out for a crusty used on that has been pre-filled. So it will probably be cheaper just to buy that...

As a follow-up, here are some screen captures of my sketchup renderings. As you can see, I can theoretically fit 4 kegs and a 5# tank in there (the tank would have to be propped up so the regulator can stick out above the other kegs.
