thanks everyone. we put in a packet of brewing yeast as suggested. looking foreword to the result once it's brewed up. thanks for your help.

We are using a BrewZer micro brewery kit for our first attempt at home brewing, but it came with no yeast! Just wondering how much yeast would normally be added to make a 10 pint batch of bitter? Thanks for your help!
