- Got into fermenting through bread, and have been dabbling in 1 gal batches for a few years. Recently got a 5 gal pressure cooker which has allowed me to begin stepping things up a bit.
First beer made was an extract stout. Loved the process, hated the extract. Been BIAB ever since.
