LOL my first AG was today as well I posted my write up in the beginner forum.

Yeah my 6th batch is my first with a Carboy I am kinda worried I am going to freak out over everything. But the 2 first batches were awesome! and the 3rd we don't talk about.

So today started with the president speech, Right after headed to the LHBS. Picked up 2 Three Gallon Carboys, and a ton of supplies about $200 worth. Picked up the supplies for two 2.5 gallon AG batches. Stoked to do my first AG batch headed to the first class back in school...

What Yeast are you using in this? I see AA...

On the recipe it is under the fermentable listing. Would this be a secondary addition, or a end of the boil addition?
