    Can my full Corny sit w/o being chilled?

    I have a 5 gallon brew that is ready to be bottled or kegged. I would prefer to keg it, however, I don't have a place to keep a 5 gallon Corny Keg chilled. I could chill it long enough to force carbonate, but then do I ruin it if I have to take it out of the fridge and let it sit un-chilled...
