Personally Ive tried to replicate HT 3 times, with three different approaches, and didnt get close. Lifes too short to keep brewing the same recipe. Only get so many orbits
Well I decided to not re-pitch and a day after I transferred and set it to 67, its started back up! Not sure why it stalled. But it went to 1.028, and today it was at 1.024.
I use a spider sometimes and if it's a multi hop addition beer I'll use the hop tubes (400) with a string attached. Pull them out to the sides when I Whirlpool. I can't hardly get my gf to come to a boil so having the top cracked for the hop spider doesn't help things. One time my tube came...
