Muntons extracts (both light and dark, liquid and poweder) are the main ones. Also, the crystal grains. Even the hops I wasn't 100% on and had to assume that the ones in the database were close.

Thanks guys. That should really help me out. Even if I just use a little bit of corn, I think it would be neat. I'll look into cereal mashing and see what I can find there.
