    I'm going to brew this kit on Saturday. I'm doing a yeast starter, and then I'll siphon some wort out into a pan and melt the baker's chocolate into that. Any other critical advice?

    What's the best way to limit the amount of sediment in bottles?

    Thanks to everybody for the advice. I do have an immersion chiller, which should help, and I am going to do a secondary fermentation. My first brew day is scheduled for Nov 1.

    Can I use a filtration system like this? I ask because that specifically mentions a kegging system, which I'm not likely to have in the short term.
