    Coachella Valley Homebrew store?

Moving from the South Bay/LA area to Palm Springs and cannot find a close Homebrew store. Any ideas (don’t care much for online ordering) would be appreciated.

    No chill hardware mods?

I have been doing BIAB no chill for 8 years. Never had a problem. I typically leave my boiling wort “uncovered” for 18 minutes after I take it off the burner then cover and seal with blue painters tape. I know, sounds stupid but never had a problem and have made many great beers this way...

    Best "near professional" sysytem

I'm looking for advice on the best all-electric pilot system, essentially a 3 vessel, KAI-like clone that's ready to go. I am not interested in building one (at least a control box). I know of Spike,SS Brewtech and Blichmann have one, as well as Ruby Street. Any others? Any thoughts would be...

    Breweries in Los Angeles area

Right next to LAX is El Segundo Brewing. Best hoppy beers in LA. Also in El Segundo is Rob Ruebens Distilling and Brewing (good NEIPA). Also next to LAX is Three Weavers in Inglewood (near car rentals.) Torrance and the South Bay have quite a few places to visit: Smog City, Strand Brewing...
