    Ok so patriot lager is in the keg gonna wait about a week then transfer to carboy to reduce sediment. Was thinking of adding some hops at that point. LHBS guy recommended hallertau I have 2oz of it. Thought? Recommendations? On how/when I should add this? Sent from my iPhone using Home Brew

    Ok so ready to start batch 2 the patriot lager kit from MB. The light beer turned out great biggest hit at my Super Bowl party where my hawks kicked some bronco butt.     Just bottled my first batch about a week and a half ago waiting to open on Super Bowl Sunday. Want to try some more customization on my next which is the patriot lager kit from MB. Any ideas or suggestions for my first tip toe into experimenting?
