Anyone know of a place selling 2-3 gallon mash tuns?

I would go with a 5 gallon Rubbermaid from homedepot and a brew bag. batch sparge. there isn't a benefit to going smaller.

Value of brulosophy exbeeriments, others experience, myths and beliefs

I honestly don't find most of the experiments to be that helpful in brewing. Absolutely nothing can replace firsthand experience. unless you use the same equipment, process, and ingredients as a particular experiment, you really cant pull any generalized rules from them. I do see a TON of...

    Bev-Seal Ultra for Nitro tap?

I am using this set up with 0 issued. go for it! I have noticed though in general if you push the line too hard sideways near the fitting, the seal will break momentarily.

    Making Balanced Fruit Beers

I really think that flavor extracts get a bad rap. Just because your using an extract does not necessarily mean you'll get a cheap or inauthentic flavor. First off I'd like to address quality. 5500 watt 240 VAC RIPPLE element for $27.34 ea

In the amazon questions it seems this element is a bit shorter than the other and a little higher in watt density. The non stainless wavy seems to be at about 7 watts /cm2 and the SS version seems to be about 12.88 watts per cm2. I have no idea if this is significant. sorry for the oversight...

    Perlick Flow Control- Worth It?

Think of it this way, the flow control increases line resistance. so changing the flow control in these faucets is like increasing or decreasing the length of your line (balance wise). Flow control 'should' allow you to maximize your flow rate without creating excessive foam regardless of your...
