Managed to fit in a brew day! Pils with Perle, Hallertau Mittelfrüh and Tettnang. Once its properly chilled I'll be pitching Novalager - my first time using this yeast.

This unintentional Kölsch actually turned out great. An homage because I’m getting ready for my first @Bramling Cross panther piss inspired brew. Got some bread yeast and sugar in the strike water now 😎.
