Ok still somewhat new to brewing but am trying this recipe today. Should I add all the DME in at the beginning, or is it better to start with half, and do the other half in the last 10 min. of the boil?

I just brewed a Vienna Lager kit from Brewers Best, and from what I've been reading Dos XX, and other Mexican beers are actually Vienna Lagers. It's my first try at lagering, so we'll see how it turns out. If you can't lager, the instructions do say that the yeast could be used for an ale also.

Just finished building it and seems to be working great. Thank you so much Android! Saved me at least $80. I'm about to brew my first lager tomorrow. Using temp controller with my large chest freezer. What would you all recommend setting my F2 value at?
