I recently posted that I racked a dunkelweizen to secondary on May 1st,and due to work problems,I am just now able to bottle it. My problem is,I opened my secondary bucket,and it appears there is mold growing on top of the brew. Have I made a bad mistake? is it mold? if so,can I just clear it...

Hi. I Have a Dunkelweizen almost ready to bottle and was wondering,can I just add the priming solution to the bottling bucket(with a spigot),and rack the beer to it,then seal it up,and carbonate it in the bucket without going through the bottling/capping process? Any answer would be appreciated...

My dunkelweizen has been in the fermenter for 9 days. When I brewed it,I added 1.25 lbs of dme to try to up the alcohol content a little. My og was .60,from what I could tell using my hydrometer.Since I added the dme,which was an extra,and not included in the recipe,How do I know what the target...
