Thanks for the replys, i had the hop additions so high on account of the recipe I used as a base was a pliny clone. I Think i will scale back a bit on the hops, keep the grain bill where its at. How about this:

Another question morkin, my wort took off with the lacto starter and looks nice, but at what temp did you ferment the us-05 at? I was thinking in the low 70s to keep the lacto chugging away.
Brewed this as my first AG batch and so far it tastes and smells amazing, after a week in the primary its at 1.017 i was a little low on the target OG i ended at 1.056. Not bad considering my mash temps werent quite hit.
Its an old glass water serving jug I "borrowed" from a wedding party last year. It works pretty well, and no exposed threads so very easy to sanatize as well. Score!
Ive found that the brewzor beta app for android is very good, its still in beta so there are some bugs and its not the prettiest app ever but it works well enough and can import/export beerxml.
