Home Brewing Biography
I have been brewing since 2012. Started on a stove with one pot and carboy doing extract brews. Since then I have built a 3 kettle 50a RIMS system from scratch (no kits) using all DIY projects. I specialize in IPA brewing but I have about 30 recipes in rotation.
