I use 'Brewing Assistant' app. Works pretty well for me.. Has mash and boil timers, including alerts for hop additions and everything.

We went to Belgium last year.. Unfortunately couldn't make it to any of the big names, but we did go to the Val-Dieu abbey. Great beer and cool place. There are also some cool bars in Durbuy.

I'll have a long day of kegging/bottling both a big Belgian IPA and hefe, and brewing a Mexican Lager tomorrow.

I thought the first episode was terrible... I don't care about your ranch, or your hipster art collective, or your off the grid grunge concert. I wanted to watch for the beer, which there was very little of. I guess I'll give it one more shot to impress before I write it off. :(
