    Thunder up! I usually have to sit in the nose bleeds I also love cooking This is a chocolate pasta with bay scallops in a cream sauce and a side of roasted broccolini the wife and I made for valentines. We also make a ton of homemade ice cream and other fun stuff.

    Homebrewed Dubbel, waited a long time for it and was very glad I did.

    Upgrades for beginning brewer

    Agree to the temp control mentioned above. Nothing improved my consistency of good beer brewed more than temp control. It is really the most important part, and you will see noticeable results immediately. Yeast propagation and making starters is a little cheaper though so you may go that route.

    This ^ warm fermentation causes ester formation even in really clean fermenting yeast.
