Nelson's r citrusy and delicious! They do really good at all phases of the brew and r great for dry hop...do u plan on using any other hops or just them? If u want the full Nelson sauvign experience, stick to that for all phases & that will be one tasty beer. Keep us posted on that one!!
I have done both & believe u can get a much better product w/ all grain if U do it right. My brew days r a blast.. I brew to brew and brew to drink.. Since u give most of your beer away, i would gladly accept free beer which is the best beer anyway

Try their miracle ipa or lubrication... Both pretty good.. I agree with u, tramp is good but nothing over the top. Clown shoes has better beers than that one, don't give up on them yet.
I under pitched a Russian imperial stout a few months back and had the same outcome. I was sad it turned out sweet and way under what the final was supposed to be. A fellow brewer recommend adding a little bourbon to your glass before u pour in the beer.. It worked like a champ!! Totally...
