- Interest started when I first watched Alton Brown’s “Good Eats” episode on beer brewing, then read Sandor Katz’s “The Art of Fermentation”. Started on small easy projects like ginger beer and tepache, and have begun scaling up into cider and fruit wine making, still focused on wild yeast cultivation.
