    Thanks for all the replies guys, My MLT is 10 gallons so I'll able to single batch sparge, and I feel a lot more comfortable about the approximations of water I should use now. I really appreciate the help, less worried now about making a complete hash job of this.

    Thanks, I'll check it out. As for my blonde its bottle conditioning as we speak, I tried a little out of the thief before i primed it and I think its going to be a hit for sure.
