Well it didn't taste bad. The stuff didn't fall after I'd moved it and let it sit so i don't know what is going on with it, but i might let it sit a little and see what happens.

Well I did move it to take those pictures so maybe it did sink to the bottom. We'll see tonight.

Sounds good. I'll give it taste tonight and I'll report back. If it tastes fine, go ahead and bottle then?

Hey All, I brewed a wheat beer this fall, racked it on to peach puree in a secondary around early November-ish (probably should have looked at my brew logs before posting this.) The point is, life got in the way of bottling this beer with the holidays and all and it has sat until this weekend...

They're really ramping up the excitement! I imagine the next two episodes will prove to be just as nuts. Revvy, I'm with you! I was yelling at the TV ... Didn't see that coming at all!

I agree ... I'm thinking they end up at the 'you-know-where' for the season finale, but then again I didn't see them killing off Sophia so how knows what they'll do.

Oooh no ... I'm jacked about it. it's gonna be great! Just seeing the pictures from the 2010 show ... it's going to be like nothing I've ever seen before! The only problem is ... I've gotta wait until July!!!! haha

It killed me to do so ... but I couldn't pass it up. I got tickets for the Philly show in July. I've never spent more than $60 on a concert, but getting a chance to see The Wall in person will be something I'll never get to do again!

Well when I got home today the airlock was bubbling. slowly, maybe 2-4 bubbles a minute but still its going none the less. I guess i might have had the swamp cooler too cold. Hopefully if it was too cold to let the yeast to they're thing, it was too cold to let bacteria get going too!! I might...

Strat > I don't know why I didn't just pitch the smack pack & hope for the best O.o That probably would have made the most sense ... rookie mistake I suppose. The water for rehydrating the yeast wasn't that hot ... So I'm probably just being a dork and worrying about nothing. Revvy > I know...
