Going pro in Oklahoma - Roughtail Brewing Co.

Hey man, thanks for the support! Our canning line is up and running and you should be able to find IPA, Polar Night Stout and 12th Round Ale in most of the better liquor stores around Oklahoma in 16oz can 4 packs. Hoptometrist is pretty much gone for now, but we plan to bring it back later...

We just received our TTB Brewers Notice! Surprisingly, this was the easy part of the licensing process. We submitted the application online and it was finished and approved in less than 60 days with no hoops to jump through or no hassling us. Now we're focused on getting the city permitting...

Stainless Steel Single Tier Stand Build

Here you go. Is just a square piece of stainless stock with holes drilled to line up with the mounting bracket of the pump, welded on to the bottom of the frame. Pump mounts with regular nut/bolt.

Stainless Steel Single Tier Stand Build

Yeah you could easily used smaller stock and be fine. I'm convinced that I could park my truck on top of my stand and it'd hold no problem...it's way over engineered using the 2" stainless. Also, I gave up on polishing the stand. I'm brewing on it virtually every weekend and the amount of...

    filtering

It's basically not possible to effectively filter homebrew unless you're kegging. You have to be able to push the beer using co2 from keg A, through a filter housing, into keg B. Trying to strain or filter beer without the proper filter media and/or a closed co2 environment will result in...
