How would Hallertauer Hops sub in this recipe? I have a lot pils on hand and a full lbs of hallertauer left over that I would like to get rid of.

Just fine. I racked off the top, bottled 5 gallons and keggle the other 5. No infection, just yeast I was not familiar with.

That one is their level 2 stand. I suppose you could try it as a small fb, but you are not going to get the benefits of the greater surface area with it being so small. I would also be worried about it sliding around while stirring the mash and having grain collect underneath. If you were...

Thanks. I have plenty of 2 row, I think following those directions would be worth a try. I also have plenty of c60, could I soak that and follow the directions or just start from scratch with the 2row?
