I am a Information services network services analyst and have boy/girl twins. I have not drank alcohol in years, but recently had a few craft brews at a friends birthday party and became captivated by the complexity and taste. I have sampled many craft brews and started to study beer and I am picking this up as a hobby. I just started the fermentation of my first 5 gallon wort yesterday and am excited about learning how to make incredible homemade brew.
