I need some input, having never constructed my own recipe:
I've just found out that I will be able to borrow a 5 gal. keg and I want to brew a beer for my wedding in April. I want something similar to Stone's 15th anniversary Black IPA.
Here's what I'm thinking so far:

Ditto. Mine's now relegated to duty as an ornamental on the patio. I think it's sunshine related.
After a couple of years in containers, I've found some ground to plant. I'm through with the effort of watering containers for only a few oz. of hops.
I have never, ever, dropped a bucket from a height of 4 feet and had it explode into a million razor sharp shards which I pulled out of my feet for weeks, even after cleaning the bathroom twice. I swear that carboy detonated when it hit the tile.
It'll work.
And...
I've used a 6.5 gallon bucket fermenter in the past to mash BIAB - just wrapped it in blankets and towels.
2 of those and I built the cooler MLT.
