So should be ready to rack this to secondary in a day or two. I noticed that in your all-grain recipe you prescribe 4 cups of espresso beans and in the extract you prescribe 4 cups of brewed espresso. Which one do you recommend I go with?

Day 10 of fermenting an extract NEIPA and I'm long overdue for my dryhopping schedule. After three days of straight-up dumping goop out of the blow off tube, it has a krausen that just wont quit. Figured out the problem. I had the pressure dialed up too high and was force carbing the beer. I ramped down the PSI to 5 and am good to go.
