    Hi Guys, I really appreciate the support I'm getting from all of you. Here's my today's question. I brewed a Coopers India Pale Ale kit 6 days ago and my SG was 1.050. Now (and yesterday), no sign of fermentation at all and my gravity is 1.010. Shoudl I rack it to secondary now ? Thanks

    Newbie problem

    I'm not really worry about the quantity, it's the quality that first matter to me. I have been told of the danger of oxydation if I leave an empty space in my secondary. Is that really true ?
