    Lemon Espresso Sour

Got hooked on the dirty lemonade/thunderbolt at my local coffee shop, which is lemonade with a couple shots of Espresso. so I'm going to try it as a beer. Making a basic Berliner using fast souring pitch. During the second boil I'm unsure if I'm going to use lemon drop hop or traditional...

Have seen a couple old post about making a NA beer using the stovetop method and wanted to try this experiment going one step further. I will use my still to remove and measure the exact amount of alcohol and volume I'll be removing from the beer. I've considered doing an APA but have read...

    portable electric mash rims

Thanks after some research i've realized this. I'm going to put the probe a couple inches from the end of the element and where the tube turns to go to the output

    portable electric mash rims

Easy enough to build at home? I already have a pump. I work for a place that sells stainless pipe so can easily make the vessel. I'd just have to buy an element and pid. 4000w element big enough? And the probe would go in the mash tun not in line correct?

    portable electric mash rims

I haven't had much experience with electric besides my still has a 5500w element with a SCR controller. But I'd like to know if I took an element and put it in a small vessel and circulated worth from my igloo mash tun into the vessel with the element controller by a PID and back into the mash...
