My searching has died off a bit recently, but I recall part of the answer your looking for depends on if you plan to use high or low pressure gas. The Honeywell valves I recall are for low pressure. Check out what these guys did to set up something similar for high pressure...

While I tend to agree with everyone else, that it's probably well worth your while to check out the rules... I have to ask, how's the endeavors been going?

Just to add my $0.02... I brewed a 5 gal batch around the beginning of the year. A week of bottle conditioning, then 3 weeks later the batch was gone. Loved it, and everyone else who tried it - including 3 Czechs and a few Mexican co-workers. I dig the feedback from the Czechs, who I personally...
