    Imperial Pale Ale

    I just brewed a batch. 1 week in primary, 2 weeks in a secondary, then bottled. I cracked one after one week to check the progress, and while it still needs more time to condition, the flavor was right on schedule. Really nice, lots of hops...I think you'll enjoy it. OG was 1.081, FG 1.021
