Hi everyone, I'm very new to beer/lager making and have been inspired by my brother! I've made a fermenting fridge which I'm quite proud of but need general advice on bits and bobs which I've found whilst browsing on this excellent website....love it!
Hi everyone, this is my first post and first batch of premium lager that I'm making. My question is how much sugar and water would you suggest for around 20L of lager. I'm thinking of solution rather than adding sugar to the bottles as the bottles are different sizes!
