Nope, press in the black button it doesn't click. Even tried running just 110v off it with the button held in and no go. I've even got fuses off the main power switch and before the pump, either of those blew. It's very odd.

Thats the weird thing, I ran the element last night and many times before, never had this issue. It will not reset even when the cord isn't connected. Running Camco 5500 ULWD. It was immediately after flipping the element on, I mean as soon as I switched to HLT element BAM.

I plan on buying it bulk just wanted to confirm the sizes. You link list that the orings ate used for but not what size orings they are.

In the process on finishing up plumbing for brewery. I'd like to switch all my compression ferrules over to orings. However do I just match up the ID or should I go smaller to its tighter. I realize you are supposed to use 2 orings instead of ferrule. Are these sizes correct? 1/4...

Found a great deal on compression fittings, so that completes my stainless hardware. Now I have to order the correct o-rings for compressions 1/2" 1/4" and I'd like to put o-rings on the valve input terminals.
