    We purchased 2 cases at Christmas .... better than the BMC's, the family and friends got to try something different and I had 2 cases of bottles which are now filled with a delicous Belgian Wit.:mug:

    +1 Maztec ... thoughts are things, never let anyone say or infer you can't do something. You can and will do anything if you want it bad enough. Yes the economy is in the toilet here in Oregon .... but speaking from experience, anyone that wants to succeed in their endeavor and comes in contact...

    Infection from bottom up???

    My primary (5gal BB w/valve) seems to be leaking ... about a gallon over a 4 week period. Can infection work its way up a drip from the valve area and affect Edworts Apfelwein? I've sanatized the installation tool and tryed tightening to no avail. Don't really want to secondary into my 6 gal BB...

    So I was talking with a local when the wife, dog and I moved to Bandon Oregon. I mentioned that it was great living in the middle of nowhere, he promptly corrected me and said, "you now live on the edge of nowhere ...". So here we are living a life very much resembling Andy, Opie and Aunt Bee...
