    Bottling Error?

    I figured that's where I went wrong. Will I get sick if I drink it? It's hard to pour it down the drain ha! On a side note, the beer has a ton of head. I do a slow pour into a glass and half of it is carbonated. Why would that be?

    I made a black IPA which tasted great prior to bottling, once I bottled, I get a nasty chemical taste. I hadn't brewed beer in over two years and I think I figured out where my problem happened.
