I know this is a bit dated, but we really enjoyed the Twisted Hop when we were on our honeymoon last summer. http://www.thetwistedhop.co.nz/ She had a very tasty pizza, and my pork belly was amazing!

Anyone had Deschutes Jubel 2010 (once a decade ale)?

I picked up a bomber last week and wasn't terribly impressed. It was okay, but nothing amazing. I don't think I am curious enough to spend another 12 bucks to cellar it for a year or so.... Opinions on Gambrinus Pale Malt?

Did you get the Gambrinus ESB pale malt or just the regular pale malt? The ESB malt is a british style of 2row, similar to MO. I use the ESB pale malt as my base malt and it works great. I think its slightly darker and maltier than the regular pale malt/regular 2row. Check the link for more...

Excited for my new sanke HLT

I think he is down in Puyallup. I met him in the middle at Larrys Brew Supply in Kent which is by far the best LHBS around this area.

Excited for my new sanke HLT

Giggity:D......looks amazing. I can't wait to pick it up and see it in person. In regards to how he pulls the coupler through...I am curious too. Some sort of jig or puller perhaps?
