Thanks for the suggestions. I repitched some yeast and skimmed the questionable things at the top. I tried some when transferring to the secondary fermenter. I think its good to go.
I'm brewing an amber ale used a liquid yeast that i forgot to refridgerate. There is no krausen or airlock action and it's been a week now. when i popped the lid on the fermenter there looked to be possible mold? i pitched another packet of yeast today and keeping my fingers crossed. is it safe...
