    I will DEFINITELY check out the blog - thanks for posting and replying! 1) You "built" a 20 gallon kettle? 2) I'm hoping the burners are adjustable - at least in as much as I can use less gas and BTUs when making smaller batches, but still get effective heating when ramping up to 1bbl batches...
