    Cream Ale Fizzy Yellow Beer

Hey all, I was thinking about using Mt Hood hops that I got for free in this recipe. Would it suit?

    Dual Spires Black Lodge Ale

Rebrewed this beer for the first time in a while. Still sensational. Couldn't get the rice syrup solids so just used all sorghum. So bloody good. Thanks again for this recipe.

    Commercial Craft Beer

If you were able to walk into a craft beer bar and sit down with your mates. Which style of gluten free beer would you order? Pale Ale, Belgian Tripple, IPA etc?

2.5 gal Gluten free IPA Recipe Thoughts?

You'll be happy when you move to kegging. Easily the second best upgrade after temperature control. You can dry hop in primary if you want. I recommend the panty hose method to reduce the risk of gushers.

    Two Hearted Clone Attempt

I've done a similar brew a few times with all centennial. It was a fantastic beer and with the ample availability of Centennial you can't go wrong. Don't be scared to double your dry hop. The latest version from byo.com has a dry hop amount of four ounces. Here's a link...

    Spaced Rasberry Beer

    1. No because I'm lazy, close enough is good enough :) 2. Use a priming calculator and aim for wheat beer level carbonation

    Dual Spires Black Lodge Ale

Brewed this recipe twice and already looking forward to doing it again. Such an awesome beer. If you brew this don't change anything! It's perfect as it is.

Yep, that's why I switched to kegging. Brew, chill, forecarb start drinking :) If you've got the space run two fermenters.
