For brewing I'd pick up a kegging kit, keggerator, top tier brewing stand. For serving those delicious beers I'd build a modest bar and then install the keg system in it. Man, that would be nice!

Those grains sit in rail cars and in the back of trucks in the hot sun for at least a few days during shipment so I don't think 5 hours in the car will hurt them at all.
