    Hello everone

    Having problems with this brew mutons dark caned extract it went threw the 1st fermation and smelled fine but had a ring of yeast up top I brewed it for 2weeks everthing was sanatized I added coffee to it after about 1day.in the 2nd fermentor now it smells like malt vingar with coffee tones...
