So...i left my fermenter in the basement on top of a cooler for the first 24hrs. I got home from work and the temp read right around 60 or maybe a bit lower.
I have since moved it to my room where it is a bit warmer. Around 65-68F
Do you think the yeast will start doing its job soon? or...
I wasn't getting any bubbles in my airlock. I open my bucket to see if I have any krausen. there were no bubbles in there just the ring around as you can see in the picture. do you think I have anything to worry about or should I just let it go for another 2 weeks?
